WWYK220006 - Renovate Chilled Water Circuit 3, B3001 RFP

Description: Renovate Chilled Water Circuit 3, B3001. This is a Concept Design. Recommendations #13 para 5a on pgs 11-12 and #14 para 5.b on pg 12 of the Chilled Water Distribution Study by ZRHD on 5 Oct 2020. Circuit #3: remove old Circuit #3 piping to multiple fan decks and re-feed from new Circuit #3. Remove reverse return piping and connect to the new Circuit #3. Replace 2" supply and return to AHU's PR65 and PR66 with 4" supply and return piping. Eliminate tertiary pumps CHWP-PR65 and CHWP-PR66. Relocate from over workspaces and mezzanines to the best located aisle for ease of access and maintenance. The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all design/engineering services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the removal of the existing Chilled Water Circuit #3 piping that extends to multiple fan decks. The work will also consist of installing a new Circuit #3, relocating the piping away from workspaces and mezzanines to the east aisle way when possible, for ease of access and maintenance and demolition of old steam lines at AFB.
