Description: Replace any and all associated deficient appurtenances for the water well serving. The Contractor shall be responsible for pulling the existing downhole well hardware, identifying the malfunction, and replace all piping, wiring, pump, or appurtenances that are contributing to the malfunction on the existing system. The troubleshooting and removal of the existing 5 HP submersible well pump and appurtenances, drop pipe, and accessories specified herein on the existing well. Based on the deficiency findings in the existing well, this work includes but is not limited to the furnishing a new 230V 3 Phase pump, motor, electrical cable, control box, and well appurtenances (including float and switch) as needed. New 2” galvanized downpipe will be installed.
