Description: The City of Ray City is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the ARPA-SFRF Wastewater Infrastructure Project Phase 2 WPCP Improvements. The work includes bypass pumping, modifications to the influent pumping station, new plant headworks with mechanically and manually cleaned bar screens, flow metering, an automatic wastewater sampler, sitework, surface restoration, and related work. Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk at Ray City city hall by 2:00 PM local time on September 11, 2026; this is a construction procurement, not a grant application.
