Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace the existing residential central A/C unit, including the outdoor condensing unit and indoor evaporator coil (matched system), ensuring full compliance with manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations. Project Scope Includes: Site Preparation: Protecting flooring/ surroundings, obtaining necessary permits, and verifying electrical capacity. Removal: Safe evacuation of existing refrigerant and a log or proper tracking of types and amounts of the refrigerant disposal, this would also include new refrigerant being used for the new system. disconnecting electrical/control lines, and removal/disposal of old condenser, coil, and pads.
