Contractor shall perform upgrades to the pump station by supplying equipment, materials, and labor to replace the existing pump control panel and vfds with new upgraded equipment including but not limited to a new vfd and harmonic filter, and to install a scada and scada panel in pump station including administration building hardware and administration integration/programming.
