2026 MMA Pavement Markings RFP
Hennepin County’s Transportation Department, Traffic Division, is soliciting bids to install 88 methyl methacrylate (MMA) pavement markings at 51 railroad-crossing locations on 26 County State Aid Highways in 16 cities, as a test against the county’s existing epoxy markings. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, equipment, and traffic-control supervision, and follow the 2025 MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction and applicable supplements. The county will award to the lowest-priced responsive and responsible bidder; electronic bids are due October 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and all work must be completed by July 31, 2027.
