Landfill Flow Monitoring Software *Sole Source* RFP
The County Department of Environmental Facilities and the Bureau of Purchase and Supplies intend to recommend the issuance of a Sole Source award to CoStream Technologies, Inc. for software subscription, maintenance, and managed services related to the County’s landfill flow monitoring system at the Residue Facility. Any purchase order resulting from this proposed sole source will be made in accordance with the laws governing the purchasing processes of the County of Westchester.
