Williams Tower I 4th Floor Buildout

Description: Demolition and buildout of office space on the 4th floor office area which is approx. 18,868 SF. Demolition of walls, remove doors and door frames, ceiling tiles, including in the elevator lobby, lights and selected and paint grid, etc. The rebuild will consist to new metal stud wall framing, glass, doors and frames where added as new doors, old frames to be reused if possible, plumbing, electrical and mechanical, fixtures, millwork, etc.
