Description: Rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewer pump station, including but not limited to: site preparation and selective demolition; temporary bypass pumping; soil erosion and sediment control; furnishing and installing new submersible wet well pumps, variable frequency drives, guide rail system, and appurtenant hardware; furnishing and installing a new grinder unit, rail system, and control panel; furnishing and installing a new above-grade duplex valve vault complete with valves, access hatch, davit crane, bypass connection, flow meter, and controls; demolition and decommissioning of the existing dry well; new yard piping; furnishing and installing all electrical wiring, components, equipment, and appurtenances; removal and disposal of an existing underground propane tank, including permitting; and site restoration including surface restoration, fencing, and bollards.
