Whitewood Wastewater Treatment Upgrades RFP

Description: Project consists of construction of a fine screen building with one (1) fine screen, preliminary effluent pumping, and associated mechanical and electrical (FSB). Construction of one (1) oxidation ditch splitter structure (ODS). Construction of one (1) aerobic oxidation ditch with mechanical surface aeration and an adjacent drain lift station (OD1). Installation of a plant reuse water system in the existing Disinfection System Building with associated site piping. Construction of an electrical building to serve power to the new FSB, OD1, and space for future loads. Construction of related yard piping, site work improvements, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation/controls to facilitate the improvements. Construction of a drain lift station intake from the existing Cell 1 lagoon pond. Selective demolition to accommodate the construction of above facilities. Integration of all new and modified facilities into the existing and/or new plant control system, including all required PLC programming, HMI configuration and programming, communications setup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning necessary to achieve fully functional operation of the improvements.
