White Vinyl 4-Rail Fence Replacement

Description: The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, is seeking sealed bids for replacement of the white vinyl four-rail fence along the east side of the I-71 corridor from State Route 665 to Hoover Road. Work must commence within forty-five calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed and be substantially completed no later than November 20, 2026. This is a construction procurement for fencing services, not a grant program.
