Description: Abatement and demolition of white hall, a (4) floor plus basement, approx 40,500 GSF, former residence hall. Asbestos abatement work generally includes removal of regulated asbestos containing material removal from pipes, fire proofing and electrical equipment. Demolition work includes basement and foundation removal, disconnection and removal of utilities (electric, phone, storm, sanitary, water, and steam) and removal of concrete pavement. New work generally consists of grading and restoration of the site to turf conditions.
