Baseball Field Improvements Project
Excavate and remove lime where sod will be placed Level and fill with soil as necessary Laser level existing top dressing, or remove or replace as required (including Home plate) Sod and level infield area Establish watering schedule Install new base anchors and home plate, including a first base safety plate Construct new pitcher's mound Install waterline and irrigation box to back side of mound Tap into existing water line 10 yards outside field 1st and 3rd base Install drainage tile in infield area Field. Specifications: Bases: 90 ft Dirt arch around bases, 13 ft Home plate dirt circle, 26 ft diameter Pitching mound circle, 18 ft diameter Mound to home plate 60 ft 6" Outfield grass, 95 ft radius from two points.
