Westfield Public School District Tamaques Elementary School Addition & Alterations Project RFP

Description: The scope of work generally includes construction of a new addition (approx. 12,000 SF ±) connecting to the existing school building and containing five kindergarten classrooms, a Behaviorist/CST office, OT/PT room, Art Room, Music Room, IT room, student restrooms, associated circulation space, and support areas. The work also includes installation of a new skylight within the corridor, renovation and infill of a portion of the existing gymnasium/multipurpose room adjacent to the proposed corridor, modifications to the existing building, new mechanical systems within instructional spaces, and a mechanical upgrade throughout the existing school structure, related site improvements, and all other associated work as specified and shown on the drawings.
