West Dam Reconstruction Phase 3: Dam Construction

Major items of work include: Unwater the reservoir and dewater the construction area. Excavate the existing dam embankment and foundation to remove the existing outlet works structures and construct the new outlet works. Reconstruct the dam embankment Construct a toe drain system consisting of drainpipes, precast concrete manholes, flow measurement flumes, and imported sand and gravel. Construct new outlet works Excavation and grading the spillway Place imported road gravel surfacing along the crest of the dam Reclaim (prep soil and seeding) all disturbed areas, including construction staging areas and temporary road.

City of The Colony

The scope of work consists of the reconstruction of Hawse Drive (Arbor Glen Road to Paige Road), Adams Drive (Paige Road to Ramsey Drive), and Pemberton Lane (Blair Oaks Drive to the eastern Cul-de-Sac). Water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements are provided at various locations of the project. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, approx. 14,031 SY of 6" thick reinforced concrete pavement on flex base subgrade, and approx. 37,589 SF of 4" thick reinforced concrete sidewalks, approx. 380 LF of 21" to 6'X2' reinforced concrete pipe and box, 3,877 LF of 6" to 8" diameter sanitary sewer line, 4,300 LF of 8" water line, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of The Colony.

Village of Coldwater

The project includes full depth reconstruction of the street, storm sewers, and some full depth pavement repair and curb replacement.
