Excavate a portion of the existing dam embankment and foundation to remove the existing outlet works pipe and allow construction of the new outlet works. Reconstruct the dam embankment, including. Construct precast concrete outlet works riser for a new outlet works. Construct concrete encased, precast reinforced concrete pipe outlet works conduit. Construct precast concrete low-level outlet works inlet structure and concrete encased PVC pipe conduit. Construct grouted riprap outlet works stilling basin. Excavation, fill, and grading for new auxiliary spillway. Place gravel road surfacing within specified limits on the crest of the dam. Reclaim all disturbed areas including staging areas and temporary roads. Reclamation consists of preparation of soil and seeding.
