Well Site 4 - Water Storage and Pressure Tanks Rehabilitation RFP

Description: The project consists of the rehabilitation of the water storage facilities, including the structural rehabilitation of the existing 500,000-gallon potable water storage tank, replacement of the existing roof system with a new steel roof structure and upgraded ventilation system, interior abrasive blasting and recoating of the potable water storage tank, rehabilitation and recoating of the hydropneumatic tanks, ASME recertification, replacement of the mounted air compressors, rehabilitation of selected site piping and appurtenances, recoating of the treatment system backwash tank, and all associated work necessary to reliable operational status, extend asset life, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, testing, temporary facilities, traffic control, coordination, and incidentals required to complete the work
