Well 10 Pump House Improvements Project RFP

Description: Building improvements including but not limited to selective demolition, exterior face brick infill, interior concrete block infill, exterior and interior patching and painting. Piping improvements including but not limited to selective demolition, new ductile iron piping, new air/vacuum release valve, new check valve, new magnetic flow meter, and miscellaneous piping and taps. Electrical improvements including but not limited to selective demolition and all new switchgear, distribution equipment, lighting, receptacles, and conduit and wire. Control panel and instrumentation will be furnished by others for installation under this contract.
