Wayne CC Spruce Building Renovation RFP

Description: The State of North Carolina, on behalf of Wayne Community College, has issued a solicitation to renovate the existing 28,280 gross square-foot Spruce Building on the college's main campus in Goldsboro, NC. The project will modernize classrooms, computer laboratories, faculty offices, student collaboration spaces, and related support areas for the Business and Computer Technologies Division, while upgrading finishes, lighting, instructional technology, and building systems (including HVAC). Work will be phased to maintain ongoing instructional operations in the occupied building.
