Waverly Fire Station

Description: Project consists of the construction of a new Fire Station utilizing a combination of pre-engineered metal building systems and conventional framing. The facility totals approx. 21,000 SF on the ground level with an additional second level of approx. 3,200 SF and a mezzanine level of approx. 1,700 SF. Interior spaces include apparatus bays, equipment storage and training areas, office space, meeting rooms, living quarters, and necessary support spaces. Exterior finishes include pre-finished metal wall panels, brick veneer, pre-finished standing seam metal roof panels and membrane roofing. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work shall be included under this contract.
