Description: Work includes 24,400 LF filter fabric barrier; 1,610 LF reinforced filter fabric barrier; 800 CY transportation and disposal of class i soils; 2,000 GAL transpotation and disposal of contaminated ground water in ppca area; 3,160 SY removing and disposing of asphaltic surfacing (all thickness, including base & subgrade, w/ or w/o curb, all depths); 359 LF 6" diameter water line by trenchless construction; 133 LF 6-inch diameter water line by trenchless construction with restrained joints; 104 LF 6" diameter dip water line by trenchless construction with restrained joints; 38,977 LF 8" diameter water line by trenchless construction etc.

Construction of the Pocahontas Waterline Replacement Project RFP
Which consists of the replacement of existing waterlines in the Yards, Nemours, and Wolfe communities in Mercer County, West Virginia. In addition, the water lines will be upgraded to allow for the installation of fire hydrants. The Project consists of constructing: CONTRACT NO. 5 will consist of approx. 6,100 LF of 4" water main, 2,600 LF of 2" water main, 600 LF of service lines, 5 Meters and Settings, 3 Service reconnections, 2 Service relocations, valves, hydrants, and all appurtenances.
