The project includes removing existing coating systems, weld seal repairs, surface preparation, and applying new nsf- certified product(s) coating systems, as well as repairing the concrete foundation (chime), installing a new roof vent, modifying the exterior shell to roof ladder.

Prepare and paint the bottom two rings of the steel tank, and repair the concrete base. The water tank rehabilitation will involve proper preparation, applying a coat of two-part epoxy to the lower two rings, and applying a topcoat of urethane. Efforts must be made to match the existing color as close as possible.
