This project consists of selective demolition and restoration at the inset entrance to expose the foundation wall, structural slab, and storefront interface for the installation of a new waterproofing system. Work includes removal and replacement of portions of the brick masonry, topping slab, sidewalk, and associated components as required; installation of new sheet waterproofing, protection course, flashing, sealants, and related weatherproofing elements integrated with the existing building enclosure; repair and reinstallation of the masonry, topping slab, and storefront system (if required); and final site restoration, including backfilling, sidewalk replacement, and grading to provide positive drainage away from the building.
