Description: Work consists of: 1. Execution of rights-of-entry with ewsu customers for water service line investigation. 2. Investigation of service lines at designated areas within ewsu's service area. 3. Documentation of water service line material and connectors utilizing supplied, digital documentation form. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration (milling included) and all appurtenances necessary.
