Work includes Removal of existing air vacuum and manway risers and blind flange from below concrete vault floor; Replace with new pipe, 6” x 10” reducer, 24” manway, combination air vacuum valve, air release valve and butterfly valves; install anode lead, wire and threaded pin brazed to flange; Install pipe riser brace, including anchor bolts in existing concrete vault; Install butt strap joint on manway; Provide all surface preparation, coating repairs, coatings concrete repairs and cathodic protection; Procure and install new nuts, bolts, washers, and gaskets.
