At the lift station, work will involve installing a new level transducer with associated electrical and controls, replacing the control panel, and adding a permanent natural gas generator with an automatic transfer switch. Additional upgrades include the installation of bollards, a new submersible pump, a precast concrete top on the wet well with a new access hatch and fall protection, and a davit crane for safe equipment handling. At the wwtp, the scope includes removing existing chlorine disinfection equipment, making minor structural modifications, and installing a new ultraviolet disinfection system.
