project includes the full construction of a masonry gateway sign. Full construction includes installation of a concrete footing, CMU block, facing stone, precast concrete, and a lighted signage panel.

Niles Community School District

Work include replacement of existing asphalt paving & subbase, existing small section of underground stormwater piping, existing concrete sidewalks & curbs, existing chain link fencing, existing ada parking signage, and existing parking lot light poles. Removal of existing parking lot concrete islands and buried fence posts. New concrete entry plaza for the gateway entrance with stamped concrete school logo, new painted steel gateway structure with concrete foundation piers, lighting, power & signage, new decorative aluminum fencing and entry gates, new black vinyl coated chain link fencing & gates, new light poles along the sidewalk east of the parking lot, new parking layout to maximize number of spots, and new parking lot striping for pedestrian traffic.

Seeks development proposals for the downtown gateway project. The primary purpose of the request for proposals (rfp) is to select development partner(s) with demonstrated experience and capacity to help implement projects that best address the needs and goals of the community as described herein. Secondly, the request serves as a notice of the pra's intent to dispose of all or a portion of the project site, contingent upon approval by the pra with all requirements of law governing disposition of real property by the pra.
