Project includes site preparation for a future 100x100 hangar that is to be constructed by others. The site preparation effort includes approx. 4,700 CY of earth work with 1,500 CY of off-site borrow required and associated sediment and erosion control. Drainage improvements will include approx. 1,100 LF of storm pipe installation. A new site access haul route will be constructed with roughly 860 CY of aggregate base course. Permanent auto access will be construction with asphalt pavement and the existing apron will be extended to the proposed hangar site with asphalt pavement totaling about 1,500 tons. Utilities (water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, electric) will be extended to the proposed hangar site.
