The work consist of approx 334 LF 8' chain link fence including 16' and 10' cantilever gates; 1 LS construct a 20' x 14' pre-fabricated concrete control building; 1 LS remove all existing electrical and controls inside and outside of the Wall & Avenue C lift station including underground service, service equipment, MCC, VFD, transfer switch, standby generator receptacle, duct banks, conduit, conductors, and glass enclosure; 1 LS remove and replace the existing submersible pumps including rail system, and appurtenances; 1 LS replace the existing piping inside the wet well including all piping, fittings; 1 LS coat the interior of the wet well including pressure washing, cleaning and disposal of all debris and sludge, and humidity control.
