The work consists of completely disassembling the pumps and drives and reassembling with new pump rotors and seals. In addition, engineering tasks shall be performed to evaluate pump performance and vibration. The Commission will provide the new pump rotors and seals which are being sourced from the original equipment manufacturer. The scope includes all labor, tools, rigging, equipment, any additional parts and materials, and supervision to overhaul the two pumps at the Low Lift Pump Station (LLPS). It is expected that a qualified subcontractor will be used to conduct the pump performance test and vibration analysis, and to engineer any remedial tasks.
