Work includes construction of a new 150 GPM package iron removal plant; demolition of an existing 150-gpm iron removal unit; demolition of some existing plant piping; construction of new piping; replacement of the chemical feed system; new instruments and valves as shown on the plans; building rehabilitation; a new emergency generator; backwash pond cleaning and expansion; demolition of one existing well and replacement of a pump in another existing well; and a new SCADA system including integration to two wells and an two existing elevated storage tanks.
