Description: The Department of National Defence (DND) is soliciting proposals to conduct a digital feasibility study for a solid-state hydrogen-powered Light Armoured Vehicle (LAV) with a maximum weight of 45,000 lbs. The intent of this solicitation is to establish one contract for an initial period of two years, with final delivery required no later than 20 March 2028. Solicitation documents will be e-mailed directly from the Contracting Authority to pre-qualified Task and Solution Professional Services (TSPS) supply arrangement holders who are invited to bid.
