VISN 10 Optical Lab Eyeglass Frame Contract - IND - (Request for Quotation)

Description: Pre-award Sample Kits: Frame Pre-Award Sample Kit: will contain a maximum quantity of 100 total various frame samples & optional submission of 2 total cases: (1) vinyl and/or (1) clear plastic clam-shell style. The categories of eyeglass frames are as follows: a. Men’s Frames: a combined total of 40 different frames: full metal, metal semi-rimless, Plastic/Acetate/Zyle, & Titanium. b. Unisex Frames: a combined total of 30 different frames: metal, metal semi-rimless, Plastic/Acetate/Zyle, & Titanium. c. Woman’s Frames: a combined total of 30 different frames: metal, metal semi-rimless, plastic/Acetate/Zyle, and Titanium. d. Eyeglass Case: one (1) clip-on vinyl style and one (1) clam-shell style may be submitted. See attached file.
