Description: Decommissioning of the utilities may require trenching and/or excavations, which the contractor shall perform. Install erosion and sediment control. Demolish the structure and remove foundation walls to 1 feet below grade (detached garage will be removed including the slab-on-grade foundation). Provide fill in foundation cavity. Provide topsoil and seed to cap the site. Perform all required testing and inspections.
