Village of Buchanan Wastewater Treatment Plant Roof Replacement RFP

Description: Work consists of the demolition and removal of an existing asbestos roof at the wastewater treatment plant (wwtp) control building. Additional work shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to inspect the existing wood sheathing and replace any damaged or rotted wood sheathing, install a complete EPDM rubber roofing system, as well as preparing, restoring, and cleaning the project area in accordance with the plans and specifications and as directed by the Engineer and Village.
