Description: The City of Oakland’s Animal Services Department is seeking regular maintenance and as-needed repair services for two Midmark Matrx VMS Plus anesthesia machines and one LEI Medical Mobile machine. Contractors must provide qualified technicians, required tools and equipment, weekday on-call availability, and pricing for regular labor, overtime labor, and miscellaneous charges. The resulting RFQ award will run for five years, and submissions are due September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
