Vests, safety, class 2, non-flame retardant, two-tone suited-vest tailored, fluorescent yellow lightweight breathable polyester mesh fabric from the shoulders to the mid-section of the vest and fluorescent orange mesh fabric from the mid-section of the vest to the bottom, reflective trim shall be "oralite" gp330 or "3m" 6187 2" wide fluorescent yellow striping sewn vertically with one stripe over each shoulder and running down the front and back of vest and one horizontal stripe continuing around the entire garment starting at the bottom of the fluorescent yellow mesh, bias bound with silver reflective trim, fluorescent yellow "delron" nylon zipper in front, two outside lower flap pockets approximately 6-inches wide x 6" high, two inside front patch pockets, each approximately 7-inches wide x 8-inches high, each with a 2-inch wide velcro closure strip, one outside left breast pocket approx, 4-1/2" wide x 4-3/4" high, one outside right breast cell phone pocket approx.  2-1/2" wide x 4 3/4" high with a velcro security strip, and with a 2nd right breast pocket (2-slot pencil pocket) 2-1/2" wide x 4-3/4" high, all pockets shall be a lightweight solid fabric or mesh matching the color of the background material, back shall have the "ladwp" branded logo silk screened in black indelible ink, logo shall be 6" wide x 4-5/8" high, latest ansi/isea version class 2, level 2 compliant.
