Description: The City of Portland is seeking an experienced performing arts venue operator to manage and operate Portland'5 Centers for the Arts, consisting of five venues in downtown Portland. The selected operator would assume management and operating responsibilities for all five theaters beginning July 1, 2027, including administration, programming, facility operations, marketing, ticketing, customer service, public safety, and concessions. This is an open public-sector RFI for venue-management services, not a grant program, and responses are due October 14, 2026, at 10:00 PM GMT.
