Description: Construction of the Vehicle Storage Building. Project scope includes the construction of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building for use as a heavy vehicle storage building. The building ground floor area is approximately 6,085 SF and the storage mezzanine is approximately 1,475 SF. The building contains a single user restroom. The building partially heated only. The project includes extension of utilities to the building location and construction of concrete vehicle aprons. The work will include the earthwork, concrete foundation, concrete flatwork, exterior and interior building construction, and utility extensions
