Description: The project generally consists of installing a new 12-inch water main with associated valves, fittings, and fire hydrants, along with storm drainage improvements. Work also includes asphalt and fencing removal, excavation and backfill, and traffic and erosion control. Affected areas will be restored with asphalt, concrete, curb and gutter, landscaping, riprap, and signage.

The Work of this Contract consists of the following: 1. Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrades - Construction and installation of a mechanical influent screen and the replacement of oxidation ditch rotors 2. Collection System Rehabilitation & Upgrades - Collection System: Rehabilitation of the existing sewer system includes point repairs, lining or replacement of manholes and gravity sewers, as well as other miscellaneous repairs - Terminal Lift Station: Installation of a level sensing probe to replace the existing float pump controls, replacement of the cell monitoring system and raising all electric components out of the floodplain.

Work includes 26 TON abc stone (additional as needed); 14 TON asphalt surface course - type 9. 5b; 13 TON asphalt binder for plant mix - grade pg64-22; 111 SY asphalt removal (0" to 12" below existing pavement); 15,680 SY seeding and mulching; 8,110 LF concrete curb and gutter (variable); 8,110 L remove concrete curb and gutter; 3,003 SY concrete sidewalk (4") (includes 6" abc stone); 3,003 SY concrete sidewalks, driveways, and aprons (6") (includes 6" abc stone); 80 SY brick (herringbone); 254 ton single curb ramps (includes truncated domes).
