The Valley Terrace Staircase 2026 project will remediate damage and decay on existing staircases in our Valley Terrace two story housing buildings on campus. The project will include demo and construction of approx. 8 staircases including pouring new concrete landings, removal and reinstallation of existing stairs, removal of rotted and decayed siding and plywood walls. This project will also include patching, stuccoing and painting of the walls and landing areas.
