Vacant Unit Renovation RFP

Description: Project consists of the complete renovation of the vacant second-floor dwelling unit, including selective demolition; kitchen, pantry, and bathroom replacement; new casework, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, doors, hardware, flooring, gypsum board, ceilings, window shades, accessories, and painting. Work also includes hydronic heating modifications, ventilation and dryer exhaust, new lighting, receptacles, smoke/co detection, electrical subpanel and feeder, plumbing waste-line routing, associated wall chases, firestopping, insulation, patching, and protection of the occupied first-floor unit.
