Description: Work include mobilization, obtaining required permits and utility mark-outs, installing and maintaining erosion and sediment controls, furnishing, installing, maintaining, and removing the required hcr project identification sign in conformance with the project sign specifications, protecting adjacent properties and existing facilities, and furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, disposal, documentation, coordination, and incidentals necessary for the removal and lawful disposal of commingled construction and demolition debris from 1 north williams street. The work includes handling regulated materials and complying with applicable asbestos-related requirements; providing disposal documentation and weight tickets; addressing remaining foundation elements and foundation voids; potentially handling, removing, and lawfully disposing of or closing an existing petroleum storage tank if encountered beneath or within the debris limits; and completing final grading, stabilization, and site restoration
