VA Personnel Security Adjudication Center Design-Build Construction Requirement RFP

Description: DESIGN-BUILD: Design and construction of a Personnel Security Adjudication Center facility at the Healthcare Center Campus. Contract for an approx.10,000 SF, two-story building supported by a parking lot with a capacity for minimum 25 vehicles with the total number of parking spaces maximized during design. Contingent upon funding availability at the time of award, the Government may exercise an option for the building and parking lot to be supported by a physical security fence including automated gate access and controls.
