USS WICHITA (LCS 13) Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA) - Paint OEM and Technical Services - (Request for Proposal)

Description: The contractor shall ensure that their product is on the navsea qpl. Also, the contractor shall notify the supervisor if the product is removed from the qpl within five (5) working days of its removal. Colors: Unless otherwise stated, all preservation products shall be delivered in the colors specified in Exhibit A, Paint Supplies and Services Price Table. The Contractor shall not provide any of the following products: 1) Lead levels in antifouling topcoat paints of Types I, II, and IV shall be less than 600 mg/L of soluble lead and/or its compounds and less than 0.06 weight percent total lead and/or its compounds. 2) Any product containing zinc chromate. 3) Any coal tar epoxy or paint containing coal-tar derivatives. 4) Any antifouling paint containing tributyltin.
