The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issued a sources-sought to conduct market research and identify industry capability and interest to perform a Selected Restricted Availability (SRA) maintenance, repair, and modernization availability for the USS BOXER (LHD 4), to be procured under a West Coast (coast-wide) solicitation.
