The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-26-R-4405 for the execution of the USS ST LOUIS (LCS 19) and USS DONALD COOK (DDG 75), planned for fiscal year 2027 (FY27) Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRA) on a Coast-Wide (East Coast) basis. The Government anticipates release of an RFP on or around 30 January 2026 and award of two Firm-Fixed-Price contracts in June 2026. AvailableThe Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issued a sources-sought to conduct market research and identify industry capability and interest to perform a Selected Restricted Availability (SRA) maintenance, repair, and modernization availability for the USS BOXER (LHD 4), to be procured under a West Coast (coast-wide) solicitation. Responses are due January 22, 2026, and the government anticipates issuing an RFP in March 2026; interested contractors must possess or be capable of obtaining a NAVSEA Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). The work is substantial, spanning an anticipated period from February 27, 2027 through September 8, 2028, covering hull, propulsion, electrical, auxiliary, combat systems, and modernization work and requiring integrated production scheduling across multiple contractors and government resources.
