Description: The City of Santa Fe Springs requests proposals from qualified engineering firms—not grant applicants—to design, implement, and evaluate a pilot groundwater treatment study for Water Well #12 under the USEPA Community Grant Program. The pilot will evaluate treatment technologies and develop technical information to determine whether Water Well #12 can return to active service in compliance with drinking-water standards. The selected consultant will provide professional engineering services under the RFP’s Scope of Services to support planning and potential future design of a permanent groundwater treatment facility.
