USCG Station Cape Charles Sewage Lift Station Repairs
The scope of work involves all necessary parts, labor, and equipment to repair and perform necessary maintenance of the sewage lift station. This maintenance is required to restore the system to an efficient and fully functioning system. Site preparation and demolition: The Contractor shall provide, install, and maintain a temporary sewage bypass pumping system to ensure uninterrupted facility operation during the entire project period. The bypass plan must be submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for approval prior to commencing any work. Any spills resulting from bypass failure shall be immediately reported, contained, and remediated at the Contractor’s expense in accordance with environmental regulations. See attached file.

USCG Station St. Ignace Replacement Shower Stall
The replacement of shower stalls. Inspect current shower prior to removal for any discrepancies to piping leading to and from shower that need to be corrected to ensure watertight integrity. Install new shower to manufacturer s recommendation, supply a copy of the manufacturer s installation and safety procedures to the coast guard point of contact after completion of installation. Shower to be installed: sterling ensemble 36 x 34 fiberglass shower pans with center drain and walls in white with shower curtain rod, or similar. With new mixing valve and handle, and any piping for new drain. Caulk all items needed to ensure weather tight integrity. Dispose of all materials once work is complete.

USCG Station New Heave Floor Replacement RFP
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, disposal, protection, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the flooring replacement at USCG Station New Haven. Work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, OSHA requirements, and Coast Guard facility standards. Work Areas: The project includes removal and replacement of existing flooring throughout approximately 1,777 square feet of designated space, including: Conference room; Hallways and circulation areas; Command Center; Three (3) offices; Three (3) berthing rooms; Kitchen area; Main entrance and side kitchen entrance mat locations.
