The replacement of shower stalls. Inspect current shower prior to removal for any discrepancies to piping leading to and from shower that need to be corrected to ensure watertight integrity. Install new shower to manufacturer s recommendation, supply a copy of the manufacturer s installation and safety procedures to the coast guard point of contact after completion of installation. Shower to be installed: sterling ensemble 36 x 34 fiberglass shower pans with center drain and walls in white with shower curtain rod, or similar. With new mixing valve and handle, and any piping for new drain. Caulk all items needed to ensure weather tight integrity. Dispose of all materials once work is complete.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, disposal, protection, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the flooring replacement at USCG Station New Haven. Work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, OSHA requirements, and Coast Guard facility standards.
